Duty-paid delivery
DDP across the network
DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) decides who settles destination duties and taxes. With DDP, duties are prepaid under DDP before delivery, so your receiver signs for the shipment instead of paying at the door. It is optional on lanes that support it, and it is booked on the same quote as the freight.
Door-to-door is a separate choice: it describes how far the move goes, from pickup to the receiver’s address. Many customers book both together, but you can choose either one. We do not publish duty figures. Duties are confirmed on the quote, line by line.

Pricing is never a public table. Chargeable weight is the higher of actual and volumetric weight, so dimensions matter as much as kilos. The calculator gives a planning estimate; the binding price comes on your quote.

Final Door Delivery
Delivery to the destination address with tracking and signature proof of delivery. Where the Carriage by Air Act, 2012 applies, the claim is as per that Act. Where that Act does not apply, liability is limited to USD 100 per shipment.
